Just been trying to sell an aircraft.
Not getting much interest in my pride and joy, that I am looking to sell, Diamond DA20,
Thinking of asset classes and baby boomers, and what they might do next? .
Just wondering is this the canary in the coal mine, the start of things to come.
Aircraft probably first toy to go, looking at the market there are quite a few there, more than I remember, and most in that baby boomer toy class, not really a commercial aircraft.
As we all age and we baby boomers start to sell our toys.
Aircraft probably first to go as we start to find it hard to retain a medical, which is the primary requirement of holding a Private Pilots Licence
What are they going to sell next, big houses or shares, don't know, but we might need to be very careful what asset classes we buy/hold , as when that start selling there will be a lot of it!
