IPP had a big day up 18%, REA has bough a 17% slice, so I guess this portfolio already has some
principle activities are in Asia my understanding is it has potential to be the realestate.com of Asia, so heaps of potential, but heaps of competition I suspect.
Might be worth a punt, generating a bit of cash, but ridiculously expensive, PE between 70 and 100 depending on how you value it.
