More Gold

Further to last post the gold sector is probably the most interesting thing going at the moment,

July August Sept has seen some capitulation in many gold stocks, everyone's given up on them, if you look at charts.

So either the market is telling us gold is finished, and we should forget about it, or we are being offered the best buying opportunity for good gold stocks in a long time.

Some of these stocks are still very profitable at current gold price levels, and are trading at an 80% discount to their peak, so a small upturn in gold prices could be quite interesting.

you could expect some explosive results, so I think a small entry is warranted and a strategy to pyramid in should they move in the right direction.

I could be wrong of course and the barbaric metal could be banished to history as a relic, and forever held up as a rerun of the Dutch tulip folly.

I don't think so though, I think we might see another run in gold, just a matter of timing, and suspect we are very close, just need the trigger.
